Does SSD Come With Screws?

It can be confusing trying to figure out how to install a new SSD on your computer. Do you need screws? What type of screws do you need? How do you know which screws are the right ones? In this blog post, we will answer the question: does SSD come with screws?

Well, most SSD manufacturers do not include screws with the SSD. The reason being is that there are so many different types of computers and each one has a different way of mounting the SSD. For example, some computer cases have tool-less drive bays that don’t require any screws at all while others might need special brackets to mount the SSD.

If your computer case uses screws to mount the hard drive, you will need to purchase screws that are the same size and thread as your computer case. The best way to find out what type of screws your computer case uses is to look for the screw holes on the side or back of the case. Once you have identified the screw hole pattern, you can then search for a screw that matches that pattern.
